Why can't I buy the Academy pieces?+

Academy and Flight pieces are earned through enrollment, not purchased. Link your portal account on the Verify page to unlock them. Graduates keep access to the Alumni capsule forever.

What is made-to-order?+

For capped pieces, orders open, a counter ticks down publicly, then the window closes and we print exactly what sold. It's real scarcity with no waste — but it means a longer wait, shown on every product page.

How long is delivery?+

Every product page shows a delivery estimate: production time plus shipping. Print-on-demand pieces take longer than stocked ones — we're always explicit about it.

Do you ship outside the Philippines?+

Not yet. Philippines only for now, with flat-rate shipping zones.

How do I pay?+

GCash, Maya, card, or GrabPay via secure checkout. You can also pay by GCash and upload proof — we verify it manually.

What are points and tiers?+

The Compass rewards program earns you points on every order and unlocks earlier drop access as you move up tiers. It launches once the store has some history behind it.
