Shipping & Returns
Where we ship
We currently ship within the Philippines only, nationwide. Orders are dispatched from our fulfilment partner via standard couriers (e.g. J&T, Flash, or LBC depending on your area).
Production & delivery time
Many pieces are made to order, so production time is added to shipping. Every product page shows an estimate. As a guide: made-to-order items take about 7–14 days to produce, then 2–5 days for delivery within Metro Manila and 3–7 days for provincial addresses.
Shipping fees
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery zone. Fees are shown before you pay — no surprises.
Returns & exchanges
Because most items are printed or made to order, we accept returns only for manufacturing defects or the wrong item received. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@south2north.ph with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund. Sizing is shown in real centimetre measurements on every product page — please check the size chart before ordering, as change-of-mind returns can't be accepted on made-to-order pieces.
