South2North Pilipinas Apparel Co. (“we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it, in line with the Philippines' Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).
What we collect
To process orders we collect your name, delivery address, contact number, and email. When you pay, our payment provider processes your payment details — we never see or store your full card or e-wallet credentials. We also keep your order history and, if you create an account, your saved preferences.
How we use it
We use your information only to fulfil and deliver your orders, provide support, and — if you opt in — send you drop announcements. We do not sell your personal data.
Who we share it with
We share only what's necessary with our couriers (to deliver), our payment provider (to take payment securely), and our hosting/database provider (to run the store). Each is bound to protect your data.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Email support@south2north.ph and we'll respond promptly.
